Ingredients
Chicken Marination
- 250 gm Chicken chopped into cubes
- 1 tsp redchilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
Cheesecake Filling
- 3 eggs
- 10 (180gm) cubes of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt to taste
Base bread layer
- 4 slices of Bread
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp redchilli powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano/mixed herbs
- salt as requiredv

Instructions
- Pre heat the oven @180 c for 10 minutes
- Marinate the chicken with given ingredients except oil for 1/2 hr then fry /cook the chicken in oil till its cooked and water is dried and its crisp.
- Powder the Bread slices then add in the redchilli powder.oregano and salt .Add in the melted butter and mix well until its mixed well and wet.
- Add the bread crumbs to the greased mini muffin tin and press well and bake in a pre heated oven @180 c for 10 minutes.
- Blend together the cheesecake filling until smooth.
- After the base is bake add in the cooked chicken pieces on top followed by the cheesecake filling .mozerella cheese.
- Bake @180 c for 25-30 minutes
